I have a question , is there anything I can do about my ex making himself bankrupt just before a court order is to take effect in which he has to pay me what he owes me . Prior to filing he owned his own house , car etc but now he has nothing ?? house / car disappeared ?? etc is this legal he can do this just before court order is about to take effect .
If you owe someone money , just go bankrupt and walk away and don’t pay anyone what you owe them , it is so wrong ,that this can happen the only winners are the lawyers if your owed money just throw in the towel this is a escape avenue for the arsehole to just get away with paying their bills. So wrong .
F is criminally negligent. She knew that X would be . She knew that X would be again. She knows that . F was in a position to protect X, and had an obligation to do so. X . In addition, X . F should get no mercy.
