I have a question. I know creditors can’t come after you when a bk has been discharged, but can a trustee still come after you when the bk is discharged?
Does anyone know if you can lower your income on purpose for 6 months in order to qualify for the means test?
And if after you qualify and get discharged, can you go back to working as you did before?
We are over the qualifying amount, but have an option to lower our income. Is that a viable option so we can pass the test?
Thanks for any answers!
